What do you want to do today?

Try some of these ideas…

  • Go for a walk, jog or run
  • Hop on your bike and take a ride
  • Jump in and swim for a while
  • Grab your skipping rope and jump on your own or with friends
  • Dance around to your favorite music
  • Get together with some friends and play basketball, soccer, baseball, road hockey, tag, wall ball, or anything you like!

Get your family involved!

Try some of these ideas…
  • Go for family walks/nature hikes
  • Go for a bike ride together
  • Swim as a family
  • Take turns playing/doing each members’ favorite activity

And don’t forget about your safety!

Always…

  • Make sure your parents always know where you are and what you are doing
  • Wear the right safety equipment (e.g. helmets)
  • Be careful – take time to learn new activities which includes the rules, safety equipment, and skills needd
